Base Salary
$164k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.
- Design integration frameworks using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and Fusion Middleware.
- Manage Oracle Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, data migration, and data conversion initiatives.
- Lead legacy-system archiving, tracking, decommissioning, and migration of relevant capabilities and data.
- Plan and oversee data mapping, cleansing, transformation, testing, validation, and reconciliation for converted data.
- Establish data governance, quality, compliance, and integrity frameworks for system transitions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor teams on ERP deployment, data conversion, legacy archiving, and compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across enterprise transformation projects.
- Monitor and optimize Oracle ERP, legacy-system, and data-conversion performance and implement automation opportunities.
- Troubleshoot system performance issues and recommend enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or 4 additional years of related work experience in lieu of the degree.
- 15+ years of professional experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle ERP Cloud, and enterprise system architecture.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, data migration methodologies, and migration tools.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale data conversion or migration projects into Oracle ERP platforms.
- Proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Analytics, OTBI, BI Publisher, and middleware technologies.
- Experience managing legacy-system lifecycle processes, including archiving, accessibility, and decommissioning.
- Understanding of data governance, compliance standards, and data-integrity best practices.
- Strong project management skills for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- US Person preferred.
- Oracle certifications, financial data architecture experience, legacy-system transition experience, legacy archiving and decommissioning tool familiarity, and Oracle Integration Cloud integration experience are preferred.
