Base Salary
$170k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale growth initiatives such as onboarding flows and referral systems.
- Design and own end-to-end systems impacting millions of users.
- Drive architectural decisions for reliable and scalable systems.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and data science to identify growth opportunities.
- Instrument and improve funnels to enhance user conversion and retention.
- Mentor other engineers and promote engineering excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in high growth tech companies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong foundation in backend and frontend development.
- Excellent product instincts with a user-first approach.
- Ability to take ownership of ambiguous areas and drive impact.
- Preferred experience in building E-commerce or Social products.
