Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical solutions involving Oracle technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integrations.
- Develop prototypes, proof of concepts, demonstrations, and production-implementable systems and applications.
- Architect solutions and prepare topologies, narratives, technical whitepapers, ROMs, project plans, and other proposal materials.
- Provide technical and functional support for business-development sales pursuits.
- Lead and participate in system testing and end-user training.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Stay current on Oracle Cloud functionality and updates.
- Train and mentor junior team members in best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Oracle-relevant functional and technical experience with Oracle GoldenGate, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle SOA, Oracle Analytics Cloud, cloud infrastructure administration, Oracle SaaS products, cloud web application development, Oracle WebLogic, and Oracle cloud database offerings.
- At least 5 years of experience providing managerial and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation of complex to extremely complex systems.
- Demonstrated consulting experience, including systems strategy, business-requirements gathering and documentation, fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be process design, conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
- Experience collaborating with clients on business-process enhancements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, independent-work, and teamwork skills.
- US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Non-Sensitive Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance.
- Preferred: multiple current Oracle product certifications, Oracle Cloud SaaS certifications, and at least one full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS implementation.
