Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end solution architecture for CRM platforms, including microservices, integrations, and AI capabilities.
- Own architecture artefacts such as high-level and low-level designs, API contracts, and data flow designs.
- Lead engineering delivery assurance covering coding standards, CI/CD readiness, and production quality.
- Design CRM integrations with legacy systems and third-party vendors using scalable and secure patterns.
- Design and deliver enterprise AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and, where relevant, GCP Vertex AI.
- Establish AI architecture patterns including RAG, prompt orchestration, model routing, and evaluation frameworks.
- Drive monitoring, observability, incident management, performance optimisation, and production readiness.
- Support future-state architecture and cloud and AI roadmap decisions across CRM and integration ecosystems.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Azure cloud services including Functions, APIM, Service Bus, and Application Insights.
- Deep AI engineering expertise, including Azure OpenAI, RAG design, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Proven experience designing CRM integration architectures using APIs, event-driven patterns, and workflow orchestration.
- Strong software engineering background with .NET or Python, microservices, testing, and performance optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices.
- Expertise in observability and production readiness, including monitoring, SLAs/SLOs, and resilience testing.
- Understanding of cross-cloud architecture, including GCP Vertex AI and multi-cloud considerations.
- Strong stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and ability to drive architecture decisions across teams.
