Responsibilities
- Lead team activities for software design and software development.

- Explain difficult concepts to varied audiences and build informal networks with contacts outside the immediate area.
- Support cost awareness and management for specific projects or work areas.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in complex environments.
- Ability to lead software design and development activities and motivate team members.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to project issues, and formulate innovative solutions.
- Understanding of client needs, technical goals, commercial goals, and project profitability.
