Responsibilities
- Build and evolve VS Code and IntelliJ IDEA plugins for ThinkRail.
- Develop the ThinkRail language server, including analysis, completion, diagnostics, and verification.
- Improve the evaluator that turns specifications into code and detects specification/code drift.
- Integrate ThinkRail with Koog, LangGraph, Spring AI, MCP, and ACP.
- Influence the product, tooling, and architecture as the early-stage system develops.
Requirements
- Work effectively in a distributed team.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills, openness to diverse perspectives, and the ability to support ideas with sound reasoning.
- Bring exceptional problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with developer tools, DSLs, static analysis, LSP, editor plugins, AI agents, or AI-agent orchestration.
