Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions using solid algorithms, data structures, and clean code.
- Develop business-critical, high-volume, real-time, highly available risk management web applications.
- Participate in code reviews and design meetings and contribute technical ideas.
- Collaborate with support, development, and infrastructure teams.
- Provide timely support for production issues.
- Manage multiple tasks and dependencies to deliver quality solutions on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience developing applications.
- Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in asynchronous, multithreaded, and parallel task programming.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Experience with Kafka and technologies such as GraphQL and Ignite.
- Understanding of test-driven development and testing tools such as JUnit.
- Experience in the financial industry, especially risk management, is a plus.
- Experience with Trino, Python, and Elasticsearch is a plus.
- Proven experience integrating and leveraging generative AI tools and large language models to improve developer productivity and application capabilities.
