Responsibilities
- Scale decision-making processes for tools used by the AI team.
- Improve the developer experience for the data science team.
- Upgrade observability tooling.
- Serve as a technical lead and mentor to the team.
- Ensure smooth deployments as infrastructure evolves.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Linux.
- Excellent writing skills.
- A systems-oriented mindset.
- Experience in high-performance software (RTB, HFT, etc.).
- Software engineering experience with reliability expertise (e.g. CI/CD).
- Strong observability instincts.
- Nice-to-haves include reverse-engineering experience and familiarity with Terraform, EKS, or MLOps.
