Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a large-scale GenAI Platform.
- Design and implement the LLM Gateway with unified API endpoints.
- Build and manage enterprise-grade RAG applications using embeddings and vector search.
- Implement agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain.
- Drive adoption of MLOps practices including CI/CD automation.
- Establish best practices for observability and governance of GenAI pipelines.
- Demonstrate strong ownership and platform thinking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ML Engineering or AI Platform Engineering.
- Experience operating orchestration systems like Kubernetes at scale.
- Deep knowledge of cloud technologies for ML platforms, including AWS and Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go and Python.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Knowledge of model serving and inference pipelines is a plus.
