Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and upgrade automation workflows using UiPath and Blue Prism.
- Develop and consume APIs and use Python scripting and SQL for automation solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, IT representatives, business stakeholders, and subject-matter experts.
- Create test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases and support operational teams during UAT and rollout.
- Create process and end-user documentation.
- Communicate technical details effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience in RPA, UiPath, API development, Python scripting, and SQL.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, document understanding, databases, and source-control systems is advantageous.
- Experience with REST or SOAP APIs, agentic automation, or LLM-based automation is advantageous.
- UiPath or Blue Prism certification is advantageous.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms and tools, and SQL or NoSQL databases is advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree in Data Science, IT, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, presentation, problem-solving, troubleshooting, prioritization, and independent-working skills.
