Responsibilities
- Elicit requirements from clients and business analysts to determine CRM needs.
- Design, code, implement, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications.
- Use Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configuration tools to deliver platform solutions.
- Unit test application stability and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs reported by QA and client teams across SDLC phases.
- Ensure Salesforce application security and integrity requirements are met.
- Prepare documentation and provide technical training and knowledge transfer to Salesforce staff.
- Adhere to project timelines and development goals using the project-specific development methodology.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce application design, development, and maintenance.
- Bachelor of Technology, with BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA listed as qualifying education.
- Good understanding of major Salesforce configuration tools, Apex, and LWC.
- At least one end-to-end Salesforce project development experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer and App Builder certifications are desired.
