Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and deliver scalable custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Write, debug, optimize, and troubleshoot Unix shell scripts for automation and system management.
- Integrate shell scripts with programming languages and software components.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
- Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting, including writing, debugging, and optimization.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and command-line tools.
- Ability to integrate shell scripts with other programming languages and software components.
- Experience troubleshooting shell scripting and system automation issues.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education.
