Responsibilities
- Define and enforce Salesforce platform architecture, governance, business logic, data models, and enterprise process flows.
- Translate forecasting rules into deterministic system logic, maintain pipeline hygiene, and produce reconciled forecasts.
- Design, develop, implement, and support integrations between Salesforce and Fusion, Hyperion, ERP platforms, data warehouses, logistics systems, and mission systems.
- Build governed reporting layers, dashboards, and data extracts for business intelligence, executive, program, and finance analytics.
- Lead unit, integration, and automated regression testing, release validation, and rollback planning.
- Investigate data anomalies, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive controls and data-quality rules.
- Expand and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service capabilities for Customer Success and Field Operations.
- Provide production support and improve decision-making through automation, analytics, and actionable performance insights.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and standard Salesforce development tools.
- Experience building enterprise integrations using MuleSoft, iPaaS, or an equivalent platform.
- Experience supporting business intelligence, reporting, data pipelines, or analytics solutions.
- Strong quality assurance experience, including automated testing and release management.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain required government background checks or clearances as needed.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Architect certifications are preferred.
- Preferred experience includes Agentforce, Salesforce AI capabilities, Tableau Next, CPQ, quoting, demand planning, advanced Salesforce automation, Salesforce Government Cloud, FedRAMP, DoD IL security controls, defense or federal programs, and air-gapped or constrained environments.
