Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, automated, resilient, and secure infrastructure and deployment solutions.
- Lead DevOps for enterprise platforms, including distributed ledger technology, node infrastructure, and blockchain environments across multiple regions or entities.
- Deploy and operate Java-based microservices and APIs using Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container platforms.
- Build and manage CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, automation, and DevOps tooling.
- Support wallet infrastructure, key management, and secure transaction-signing ecosystems.
- Diagnose faults and performance issues, assess solution impacts on risk, capacity, and cost, and support operational teams.
- Create architecture and governance artefacts covering architecture, privacy, security, and records management.
- Advise stakeholders and senior management, manage technology risks and controls, and guide technical direction and less experienced specialists.
Requirements
- Strong experience leading DevOps for enterprise platforms with demonstrated delivery of scalable, automated, and resilient environments.
- Hands-on experience deploying distributed ledger technology platforms such as Hyperledger Besu, node infrastructure, and blockchain environments.
- Experience with wallet infrastructure, key management, and secure transaction-signing ecosystems.
- Strong capability deploying and operating Java-based microservices and APIs using Kubernetes/OpenShift and container platforms.
- Expertise with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, automation, and DevOps tooling including Helm, Jenkins, and GitHub.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and operational controls for regulated digital-assets platforms.
- Ability to apply risk and controls, change and transformation, strategic thinking, business acumen, and digital and technology skills.
