Responsibilities
- Create, document, and maintain a QA strategy aligned with operational goals and the product roadmap.
- Promote a shift-left testing culture and embed quality considerations early in design and development.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners on testability, code quality, edge cases, and quality standards.
- Maintain existing features and support quality assurance for new feature development.
- Manage bugs and incidents and contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated end-to-end and integration tests for Laravel and React applications.
- Develop and manage API test suites and use Cypress and Playwright to automate high-value user scenarios.
- Improve and scale test automation infrastructure and support CI/CD workflows.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester.
- Automation testing experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with Postman, Cypress, and Playwright.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and PHP.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD.
- AWS services familiarity is a plus.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
