Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components and TIBCO MDM solutions.
- Integrate TIBCO MDM with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data management and system integration issues.
- Apply data modeling, data governance, and data quality practices in TIBCO MDM environments.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to technical and team decisions.
- Lead process improvements to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Explore new technologies and approaches that benefit projects and teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in TIBCO MDM is required.
- Proficiency in TIBCO MDM and strong experience implementing master data management solutions are required.
- Experience with TIBCO MDM integration, data modeling, data governance, and data quality management is required.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in TIBCO MDM projects is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
