Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI platforms and Generative AI solutions.
- Build scalable Python applications, APIs, microservices, automation frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Design and implement data engineering, ETL/ELT, ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines for large-scale datasets.
- Architect LLM, agentic AI, multi-agent, RAG, knowledge retrieval, AI assistant, copilot, chatbot, and document intelligence solutions.
- Develop knowledge retrieval platforms using semantic search, vector databases, embeddings, graph databases, and information retrieval techniques.
- Establish engineering standards, best practices, AI/LLMOps frameworks, secure architectures, and production deployment practices.
- Collaborate with senior technology leaders, data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders on complex technical initiatives.
- Mentor engineering teams and lead strategic technology initiatives supporting enterprise AI adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Desired: 8 or more years developing and delivering enterprise-scale applications, platforms, and distributed systems.
- Expertise in Python, object-oriented design, design patterns, asynchronous programming, API development, automation, performance tuning, and debugging.
- Experience designing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data ingestion frameworks, orchestration solutions, and transformation processes using Spark, Pandas, Databricks, or similar platforms.
- At least 3 years of experience building production-grade LLM-based applications using GPT or enterprise LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, agentic AI, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, embeddings, and semantic retrieval.
- Experience delivering enterprise AI applications such as assistants, copilots, intelligent chatbots, knowledge retrieval platforms, document intelligence systems, and AI-driven automation.
- Deep understanding of vector databases and retrieval technologies including Pinecone, OpenSearch, FAISS, ChromaDB, Neo4j knowledge graphs, semantic search, NLP, and information retrieval frameworks.
- Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and secure, scalable cloud-native applications using GCP and associated AI/ML services.
- Expertise in SQL, NoSQL, graph databases, data modeling, and enterprise data architecture.
- Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, code reviews, observability, security, Agile methodologies, AI/LLMOps, and production deployment frameworks.
