Responsibilities
- Develop backend functionality for the CRM/ERP product using Python and Django.
- Work with Camunda, including supporting its infrastructure.
- Integrate with LLM models and develop and maintain related services.
- Design service architecture, make technical decisions, decompose and estimate tasks, and participate in code reviews.
- Consult with System Analysis, QA, and Technical Support teams.
- Manage development projects within the stream and coordinate team resources.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including experience in a Senior Developer role.
- At least 5 years of Python development experience with Django or FastAPI.
- Strong PostgreSQL knowledge and the ability to write raw SQL queries.
- Experience designing APIs and integrations.
- Experience with high-load systems and large databases.
- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
- English proficiency at B1 Intermediate level or above, including spoken English.
- Experience with Camunda and pyzeebe is preferred.
- Experience with AI/LLM models and understanding of how they work is preferred.
