Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable full-stack applications and AI-enabled capabilities.
Partner with platform, data, product, and business teams to translate complex requirements into reliable technology solutions.
Apply data analysis, logical thinking, problem-solving, and system design skills to enterprise data and analytics challenges.
Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
Document solution designs, assumptions, algorithms, and implementation approaches for enterprise adoption and maintainability.
Build applications across requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and support.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, AI, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Typically 5–9 years of experience.
Relevant experience in full-stack software development, including front-end and back-end engineering.
Knowledge of cross-platform interoperability, enterprise application architecture, and major tools or frameworks used across modern technology platforms.
Ability to work with large and complex datasets and translate business problems into scalable, algorithmic, and technology-enabled solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to business and technology stakeholders.
Financial services experience is a plus.
