Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software functions for HRMS modules including time management, payroll, leave, and related systems.
- Conduct system analysis and development in accordance with architectural standards and design principles.
- Develop and execute unit tests and implement code for user stories using test-driven development practices.
- Participate in Scrum activities including daily sprint meetings, development, implementation, and test case reviews.
- Perform root cause analysis of system defects and deliver sustainable solutions.
- Support system security, maintenance, optimization, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least five years of professional experience in software development and systems analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in C#, VB.Net, .Net Framework, T-SQL, and DevExpress reporting tools.
- Knowledge of regional payroll systems and regulations across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, China, Vietnam, Macau, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
- Expertise in payroll processing, time and attendance, leave management, and claims processing.
- Understanding of HRMS legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Professional experience with agile development methodologies, Scrum, and test-driven development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and system optimization skills.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
