Responsibilities
- Own technology assets across the Marketing and Communications ecosystem, including CMS platforms and Martech solutions.
- Translate business needs into robust, scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions aligned with target architecture.
- Provide architectural leadership for integration, performance, security, and solution availability.
- Guide delivery teams through solution design, implementation, quality assurance, and production deployment.
- Lead architecture reviews and contribute to technology governance and decision-making.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners on digital initiatives.
- Ensure integration across the organization’s technology ecosystems.
- Maintain traceability of architecture decisions and support application documentation and repositories.
- Contribute to architecture practices, digital transformation, and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or another relevant field.
- At least 12 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 7 years in solution architecture within large-scale organizations.
- Deep expertise in digital solution architecture, particularly in Web, CMS, and Martech environments.
- Experience with cloud environments, integration architectures, software development, and Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Proficiency with CMS or DXP platforms, .NET, Next.js, React, Azure, Kubernetes, CDN, and WAF services.
- Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and multidisciplinary influence skills.
- Experience with Optimizely is considered an asset.
- Understanding of TOGAF, Zachman, NIST, ISO 27001, and the financial services industry is considered an asset.
- Advanced French and intermediate English proficiency are required for regular communication with colleagues and partners across Canada.
