Responsibilities
- Spearhead and measure the impact of change within the Solution Centre Practice.
- Define and evolve Solution Centre service offerings and customer value propositions.
- Develop operating models, governance frameworks, business value measurement practices, backlog management approaches, and customer lifecycle alignment.
- Contribute to RFPs, proposals, solution designs, architectural visions, prototypes, and innovation initiatives across multiple Travel Unit domains.
- Identify reusable assets, common capabilities, cross-vertical synergies, and opportunities for service expansion.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to analyze business challenges, capture requirements, align priorities, and establish target solution visions.
- Support customer engagement transformations toward Solution Centre operating models.
- Contribute to practice assets, reference architectures, governance frameworks, and business value measurement initiatives.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience.
- Broad knowledge of Travel Unit domains, including Airlines, Distribution, NDC, Airports, Digital, Offer Management, and Order Management.
- Ability to identify reusable capabilities, cross-vertical synergies, and sustainable customer value.
- Experience supporting solution design, architectural vision, proposals, prototypes, workshops, and innovation initiatives.
- Ability to align internal and external stakeholders around requirements, priorities, and expected business outcomes.
