Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex integrations between Workday and payroll, benefits, HR, finance, and third-party systems.
- Use Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP web services, transformation logic, data mappings, and other integration tools.
- Develop and configure Workday Extend apps and Workday Orchestration workflows.
- Deploy integration solutions, support data migration, and maintain compatibility with Workday quarterly releases.
- Provide production support, monitor inbound and outbound integrations, and lead incident resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, functional teams, development teams, and external vendors.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and code documentation.
- Guide and mentor developers, analysts, and other technical staff on Workday integration tools and processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience building Workday integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and related tools.
- At least 5 years of experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- At least 5 years of experience resolving complex technical issues involving Workday integrations.
- At least 5 years of experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API patterns.
- At least 1 year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and Studio.
- At least 1 year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate is preferred.
- Workday Payroll configuration, processing, reconciliation, and reporting experience is preferred.
- Workday Integrations Pro, Workday Pro Workday Orchestrate Developer, or Workday HCM certifications are preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are preferred.
