Responsibilities
- Optimize data-product performance by understanding customer use cases and collaborating with R&D, Algorithms, and Product teams.
- Extend application expertise across CAD, design, process, and inspection data sources and the broader PDC product portfolio.
- Ensure software and algorithmic solutions are ready for field deployment.
- Drive adoption and integrated deployment of data-product solutions at semiconductor fabs worldwide.
- Serve as the technical escalation point for complex field issues and provide resolution and root-cause analysis.
- Develop Python utilities and scripts for debugging, workflow automation, and issue isolation.
- Prototype technical flows that convert multi-source data into new applications and insights.
- Translate customer feedback and field learnings into product requirements and roadmap inputs.
- Explore and validate AI/ML approaches for PDC data-product capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics engineering, computer science, VLSI, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor process and defectivity, including hands-on knowledge of CAD and design-based inspection concepts.
- Proficiency in Python and experience building scripts, tools, or analytical workflows.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practical experience applying them to data analysis or product development.
- Comfort with GenAI-assisted development tools such as Claude or Copilot.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% to leading fabs globally.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, independent-work, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
