Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and server-side scripts.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow forms, lists, and user interfaces.
- Implement REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
- Perform ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot performance, security, and functionality issues.
- Gather requirements with business analysts, administrators, and end users.
- Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
- Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-production activities.
- Generate MIS and reports and meet delivery, quality, schedule, and customer-experience targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Strong experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM and ITOM.
- Hands-on experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP integration methods.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer certification is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub is preferred.
- Familiarity with performance analytics and reporting is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, multitasking, deadline-management, and quality-focused skills.
