Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced multi-agentic AI systems for enterprise software.
- Build scalable, production-grade LLM-based applications that reason over data, orchestrate workflows, and drive decisions.
- Combine backend engineering with LLM capabilities to solve complex user problems at scale.
- Translate cutting-edge AI and NLP research into practical, elegant, production-ready solutions.
- Work with data teams, backend teams, LLM engineers, software engineers, and data scientists.
- Take end-to-end ownership of solutions in an experimentation-friendly environment.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering or LLM engineering, ideally with Python.
- Strong foundation in backend or data systems and experience deploying LLM-based applications to production.
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenDevin, or custom agentic architectures.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, agent frameworks, LLM evaluation, and NLP methods.
- Experience with most of the listed technology stack.
- Strong problem-solving skills, pragmatic judgment, and a bias toward fast iteration.
- Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong English communication skills and comfort working in a small, startup-like, technology-driven team.
- Preferred experience includes B2B SaaS or AI workflow products, early-stage startups, and FinTech, RegTech, finance, regulatory, or compliance domains.
