Responsibilities
- Deliver technology transformation programmes and large-scale Oracle HCM implementations for UK public-sector clients.
- Perform functional and technical design, systems testing, data migration, and implementation activities across Oracle HCM modules.
- Develop IT strategies, digital platforms, and architecture using modern technology approaches.
- Manage project quality, risk, client expectations, meetings, workshops, and escalations.
- Evaluate and coach client technology teams and guide junior members of the consulting team.
- Support project proposals, client care, peer relationships, practice development, and new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience delivering technology transformation programmes, particularly in the UK public sector.
- Previous consulting experience focused on technology, digital initiatives, or large-scale transformations.
- Hands-on experience delivering large-scale systems implementations, including functional and technical work, testing, and data migration.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM and modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting, plus familiarity with Oracle DWH and Oracle ME.
- Strong understanding of public-sector delivery frameworks, especially NHS or central government environments.
- Background in technology consulting and client delivery in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Experience organizing peer-level workshops and facilitating client meetings.
- Strong business acumen, strategic and analytical problem-solving ability, communication skills, and client-facing skills.
- University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with above-average academic performance.
- Willingness to travel within the UK.
