Responsibilities
- Advise customers on business challenges, technical requirements, and tailored Rogo AI platform solutions.
- Lead architectural discussions and hands-on implementations for scalable, secure cloud deployments.
- Design and implement cloud systems using AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and Rogo’s AI platform.
- Develop Terraform modules and automation scripts to manage Kubernetes clusters according to customer security and compliance requirements.
- Ensure solutions support high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams and provide customer feedback for product development.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, ideally in cloud engineering or solutions architecture.
- Fluency in cloud security and networking best practices.
- Strong proficiency with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including EC2, S3, VPC, and RDS.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm for containerized applications.
- Ability to design robust abstractions and infrastructure components and take end-to-end ownership of technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with financial services or regulated industries is a bonus.
- Knowledge of Datadog or other telemetry tools for monitoring is a bonus.
