Base Salary
$185k - $251k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a focused set of internal tools and integrations for the Customer Experience organization.
- Lead R&D and rapid prototyping to identify high-leverage solutions.
- Build production-quality front-end and back-end code, including API design and data flows.
- Apply best practices to ensure internal tools are consistent, scalable, and maintainable.
- Leverage Contentful and other platforms to create reusable patterns and scalable solutions.
- Explore and implement web crawler and scraper approaches for data ingestion.
- Collaborate with IT and other partners on responsible data handling and compliance.
- Define success metrics and document architecture for stakeholder visibility.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience building and operating production web applications.
- Hands-on expertise with modern TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Back-end experience with Node.js and TypeScript, including API design.
- Experience with Contentful or similar API-first CMS platforms.
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical designs.
- Experience designing web application architectures and data flows.
- Experience establishing lightweight engineering practices for a small team.
- Strong mentorship and technical leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
