Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, development, testing, and delivery of automation solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and process experts to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Design future-state automation components and obtain process-expert review and sign-off.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath RPA and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Perform proof-of-concepts and feasibility studies to evaluate automation opportunities.
- Translate business and technical requirements into detailed technical designs and system requirements.
- Identify process and technical gaps and define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support existing automations, including estimation and delivery of change requests.
- Participate in peer reviews and ensure adherence to coding and design standards.
- Explore and implement agentic automation and generative AI solutions where applicable.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath RPA and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with end-to-end RPA lifecycle activities, independent bot development and deployment, UiPath Orchestrator, RE Framework, Document Understanding, and AI Center.
- Knowledge of APIs, Azure DevOps, SQL databases and queries, and technical design and solution development.
- Required experience with finance-related processes or automation.
- Experience with requirement gathering, business analysis, technical design, and solution development.
- Python, Jira, VBA, Excel Macros, .NET, LangChain-based frameworks, generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and AI workflow design are advantageous.
- UiARD certification and UiPath Agentic Automation certification are preferred.
