Base Salary
$145k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and modify core application and development features for the global product publishing pipeline.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while addressing performance, security, quality, operations, and monitoring needs.
- Maintain and enhance the publishing pipeline, including live-site support, reliability improvements, and legacy-system maintenance.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and participate in architecture and solution design.
- Create technical documentation, API documentation, runbooks, and change-control records.
- Use infrastructure as code to deploy AWS services.
- Collaborate with hosting, QA, project management, and Nintendo Co., Ltd. teams.
- Mentor junior colleagues, provide peer feedback, and potentially function as a team lead.
Requirements
- At least seven years of related experience with software development technologies, patterns, and practices.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Broad understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Development Kit or Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools including Bitbucket, GitHub, Artifactory, TeamCity, and Jenkins.
- Experience with Spring and React is a plus.
- Experience with Java, TypeScript, and Python is preferred.
- Background in secure application development or collaboration with security teams is preferred.
- Full-stack development experience is a plus but not required.
