Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, validate, and observe agentic AI solutions in enterprise customer environments.
- Develop AI agents and experiences using prompts, reasoning, tool calls, integrations, and current LLM techniques.
- Build and integrate data pipelines, data models, and customer-system integrations using Salesforce Data 360 and other data platforms.
- Create agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
- Deliver proofs of concept and MVPs rapidly, and co-build solutions with customers and partners.
- Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior engineers and product teams.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer business challenges into deployable agentic solutions.
- Share best practices and enablement with customer and partner teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
- At least one production system experience suitable for technical walkthrough.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams and customer architects.
- Ability to produce quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Curiosity about evolving AI, data, tools, models, and frameworks.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
