CRM Leased Housing Senior Developer

Responsibilities
- Design and implement Siebel CRM features for tenant leasing, rent subsidy calculations, landlord management, and certification workflows compliant with HUD Leased Housing guidelines.
- Translate housing-authority business requirements into scalable technical configurations and workflows.
- Optimize system performance and data integrity while providing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Manage development project timelines, resource allocation, and work assignments.
- Integrate Siebel CRM with internal systems and third-party applications using EAI processes, web services, and data maps.
- Develop Siebel interfaces using XML Converter, Integration Objects, and Web Services for bidirectional data flow.
- Schedule and monitor batch jobs, workflows, and EIM processes.
- Develop automated SRF deployment pipelines across development, test, staging, and production environments.
- Implement data masking and tokenization strategies for PII compliance.
- Partner with infrastructure, security, and enterprise architecture teams to implement two-factor authentication, IP-based restrictions, and session security policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, or a related field plus six years of satisfactory related experience.
- Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in any field plus ten years of satisfactory related experience.
- Equivalent education and/or experience may satisfy the stated qualifications.
- Experience must relate to enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, network architecture, and/or IT infrastructure systems.
- Specialized knowledge of Leased Housing programs and HUD guidelines is expected.
