Responsibilities
- Collaborate with automakers and internal product and engineering teams to integrate SoundHound Voice AI into vehicles.
- Own technical partner projects by translating business requirements into specifications and designing short- and long-term solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues by gathering data, reproducing problems, testing solutions, filing tickets, and escalating to engineering when needed.
- Build and maintain project plans, documentation, schedules, deployment activities, and partner milestones.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks while coordinating multiple concurrent programs.
- Guide partners as a technical expert on Voice AI and AI Agents and contribute feedback to platform enhancements.
- Maintain automotive processes and quality standards for product delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical program management.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Linux, Python, C++, ASR, and AI technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams and manage complex projects in an international environment.
- Strong software engineering, communication, prioritization, troubleshooting, and partner collaboration skills.
