Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and launch AI agents using the DevRev platform to solve customer problems.
- Integrate AI agents with CRMs, APIs, databases, and other external platforms for workflow automation.
- Tune prompts, logic, and agent configurations for accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Gather customer requirements and translate them into technical agent specifications.
- Lead live demos, build rapid proofs of concept, and iterate solutions based on customer feedback.
- Define project plans, align internal teams, and drive timely deployment execution.
- Advise customers on AI agent architecture, performance, and long-term scalability.
- Own technical customer relationships and collaborate with pre-sales, customer success, engineering, and product teams.
- Write code for proofs of concept, custom integrations, and solution prototypes and debug complex integration challenges.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; a Master’s degree, AI or architecture certifications, TOGAF, and SAFe are preferred.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript and Python; Go is nice to have.
- Knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, and building evaluations for agentic AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containers, and observability.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, and event or data pipelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to engineers and business stakeholders.
- Customer-facing experience and strong customer empathy are preferred.
