Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers 20-40% of the time.
- Build, configure, and launch intelligent agents using the DevRev platform.
- Connect AI agents with external platforms for workflow automation.
- Tune prompts and configurations for accuracy and scalability.
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead live demos and build rapid proof-of-concepts.
- Define project plans and ensure timely delivery of deployments.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor on AI agent architecture.
Requirements
- 7+ years in software development, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, and data structures.
- Knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, and AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and modern DevOps practices.
- Comfortable integrating systems via APIs and data pipelines.
- Data-driven mindset using A/B testing and metrics for decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer empathy and a focus on solving customer problems.
