Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance custom enterprise applications using ServiceNow HRSD.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions affecting multiple teams.
- Develop solutions to complex problems spanning multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve productivity and project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliver solutions on time.
- Integrate applications with business process workflows and troubleshoot complex software issues.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- 15 years of full-time education are required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and enterprise application configuration.
- Experience integrating applications with business process workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and develop scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
