Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and architecture for complex features and systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical oversight across the software development lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural issues.
- Develop application features using .NET, C#, AngularJS, Angular, and React.
- Build and optimize APIs, microservices, database solutions, and distributed systems.
- Create responsive user interfaces and implement data access and database optimization strategies.
- Write unit tests, develop test automation strategies, and debug complex production issues.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, product managers, technical leads, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive engineering best practices, technical strategy, knowledge sharing, and successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 9+ years of professional software development experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership or lead developer roles.
- Expert proficiency with .NET Framework and .NET Core/5+ and advanced C# programming skills.
- Strong experience with AngularJS, Angular, and React.
- Advanced SQL Server expertise, including query optimization, indexing, and database design.
- Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems patterns.
- Experience with message-based architectures using RedPanda, Kafka, or equivalent systems.
- Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and enterprise application architecture.
- Proficiency with xUnit or NUnit and test-driven development methodologies.
- Strong experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and deployment pipelines.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON, and Web APIs.
- Preferred experience with AWS services and architecture, Microsoft Fabric, Azure data platforms, Power BI, Elasticsearch, Playwright, Redis, Microsoft Rules Engine, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, Entity Framework, Dapper, performance profiling, monitoring, observability, and healthcare or regulated-industry domains.
- Strong architectural thinking, mentorship, communication, consensus-building, organization, collaboration, and commitment to engineering excellence.
