Responsibilities
- Understand complex software applications and identify test cases and scenarios.
- Execute functional tests to ensure consistency between application functionality, behavior, and database information preservation.
- Design and execute load and concurrency tests using supported database scripting mechanisms.
- Support the identification, validation, and analysis of technical findings in a Legacy Management and Governance project.
- Evaluate impacts on functionality, performance, and information integrity.
- Manage and validate defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- Degree, technical qualification, or technologist qualification in systems or a related field.
- At least four years since graduation.
- At least four years of specific experience in software testing.
- Knowledge of functional testing.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP services.
- Experience with SoapUI and Postman.
- Knowledge of defect management using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Experience in verification and validation throughout the delivery lifecycle of packaged applications.
- Experience with packaged applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle EBS, or Siebel is relevant.
