Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and modern software engineering practices.
- Build and support secure, reliable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop and enhance user interfaces using Angular 17+/19+ and TypeScript.
- Design and implement data persistence solutions with JPA/Hibernate and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Kafka and enterprise messaging technologies.
- Containerize applications with Docker and support CI/CD-driven deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on front-end and back-end integration.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical design decisions, AI-enabled development initiatives, modernization, and continuous improvement.
- Lead technical initiatives, mentor developers, and drive engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience developing enterprise applications with Java 17+.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, microservices, REST API development, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Experience developing modern front-end applications with Angular 17+/19+ and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable application design.
- Strong database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, database design, query optimization, performance tuning, stored procedures, and indexing strategies.
- Experience with Kafka, MQ, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Camunda.
- Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is helpful.
- Exposure to AI-driven application development, intelligent automation, NoSQL databases, and cloud-native architectures is helpful.
- Knowledge of automated testing, integration testing, debugging, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering practices is helpful.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments is helpful.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
