Base Salary
$69k - $104k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement OneTrust solutions involving third-party integrations, APIs, connectors, Power BI dashboards, SSO, user provisioning, system setup, data scanning, classification, and inventory mapping.
- Own technical implementation and customer adoption from kick-off through go-live while managing timelines, scope, dependencies, risks, and custom SOW requirements.
- Monitor feature adoption, analyze customer needs, and communicate insights to leadership and Product teams to improve realized value and influence the product roadmap.
- Provide SaaS implementation assurance and oversight, including consideration of underlying hardware and software architectures.
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve escalated technical issues, including establishing urgent priorities, coordinating action plans, and resolving simple to moderate issues with minimal management intervention.
- Gather client requirements, deliver system-based solutions, explain complex technical concepts, and conduct discovery discussions and project presentations.
- Create configuration logs, functional specifications, process documentation, and reusable workflow materials while improving implementation quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with UI/UX Design, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, Business Development, Support, and Customer Success.
- Advise customers on privacy-program optimization and regulatory best practices while acting as their advocate and transitioning ownership to the appropriate internal teams.
Requirements
- BA/BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Web Design/Development, Engineering Management, or Information Technology/Systems, with 2–5 years of relevant experience in software development, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting, or an advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with HTTP, SSO, SSL certificates, networking, API integrations, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
- Familiarity with Jira/Atlassian Suite and exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Eloqua, Marketo, and ServiceNow.
- Previous end-to-end implementation experience, ideally on a SaaS platform or product, including configuration, testing, and deployment practices.
- Strong customer-facing relationship-building, communication, presentation, meeting-chairing, webinar-hosting, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to collaborate across Sales, Professional Services, Support, Customer Success, Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong entrepreneurial skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex, rapidly evolving SaaS environment.
- Willingness to travel 10–20%.
