Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into robust production implementation plans.
- Lead rollouts of AI assistant configurations, including workflows, logic, data flows, prompts, and guardrails.
- Build integrations with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, CRMs, calendars, ticketing systems, and payment services.
- Develop features and glue code with testing, monitoring, and logging.
- Debug live production issues across calls, workflows, and data pipelines, and deploy rapid fixes.
- Create reusable templates, deployment playbooks, and scalable implementation practices.
- Identify product pain points and feature gaps and provide recommendations to inform the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience capturing customer requirements and translating them into production implementation plans.
- Hands-on production experience with LLM-based applications, including prompting, tool use, RAG, evaluation, and failure modes.
- Experience building and integrating APIs and webhooks using authentication patterns such as OAuth and API keys.
- Strong coding ability with solid testing, monitoring, and logging practices.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment fundamentals and observability tooling.
- German language proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Bonus experience with voice or telephony integrations, workflow automation tools, TypeScript, Python, SQL, or GDPR and data privacy considerations.
Benefits
- Salary range of 60,000 to 90,000 EUR annually.
- Fully remote role based in Germany.
