Responsibilities
- Advise executive sponsors, business leaders, product owners, and technology stakeholders throughout client engagements.
- Lead discovery, workshops, process modeling, data modeling, requirements definition, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
- Define end-to-end functional architecture covering workflows, security, user experience, data, reporting, integrations, and operating model impacts.
- Lead functional solution design using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and related Microsoft capabilities.
- Lead functional delivery, backlog prioritization, cross-workstream decisions, escalations, business validation, testing readiness, deployment readiness, and adoption.
- Govern responsible AI-enabled solutions for Government of Canada clients against security, privacy, accessibility, data residency, governance, and policy requirements.
- Set functional delivery standards, contribute reusable assets and thought leadership, support proposals and estimation, and mentor business analysts and functional consultants.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, functional architecture, product ownership, solution consulting, or enterprise application delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership of complex public-sector CRM or enterprise application engagements and advising senior Government of Canada stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform across process, data, integration, reporting, security, and adoption.
- Relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent post-secondary education.
- Current Government of Canada Reliability Status and either a current Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain and maintain one.
- Business analysis, architecture, Agile, change, process improvement, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform certifications are assets.
- Strong executive advisory, stakeholder influence, negotiation, facilitation, governance, risk, scope, change, quality, and team leadership capabilities.
