Responsibilities
- Build and enhance core tax filing and compliance modules used by thousands of professionals.
- Develop back-end and front-end components, including APIs, interfaces, and integrations.
- Create scalable and stable software capable of handling large data volumes and complex tax logic.
- Collaborate with domain experts and product owners to translate regulations and customer needs into software solutions.
- Apply testing, refactoring, and continuous improvement to maintain software quality and maintainability.
- Use modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools responsibly where appropriate.
- Contribute to integrations with external systems and tools for tax advisory workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience with or ideally strong knowledge of .NET Core and Azure.
- Knowledge of modern web technologies such as Angular, React, or comparable frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex logic and data.
- Focus on clean, maintainable code and writing tests.
- Fluent English and ability to read and understand Dutch requirements texts; spoken Dutch is helpful but not required.
- Collaborative approach and interest in using AI-assisted development tools responsibly.
