Responsibilities

  • Define integration requirements between NICE CXone and Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, internal CRMs, and ticketing systems using APIs and pre-built connectors.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on NICE CXone REST API integrations for custom reporting, real-time data feeds, and automation.
  • Own the technical product-management lifecycle for migrations from discovery through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Design secure SIP/VoIP connectivity, WebRTC configurations, and carrier-routing strategies with telephony and network teams.
  • Map legacy IVR call flows, routing scripts, and queue structures into NICE CXone Studio scripts.
  • Lead complex, multisite on-premises contact-center migrations to cloud environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a technical product manager or solution architect in the telecom/contact-center domain.
  • At least 3 years of direct, hands-on experience leading NICE CXone migrations, implementations, and configurations.
  • Deep knowledge of the NICE CXone suite, including Studio routing, ACD, IVR, Omnichannel, and Reporting/Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, MPLS, VPNs, firewalls, and other telecom networking concepts.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations and connecting CCaaS platforms to CRM systems such as Salesforce Open CTI.
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
