Base Salary
$134k - $224k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering for applications supporting carts, order cost calculations, payments, and invoicing.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot scalable software applications.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, participate in pair programming, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Influence continuous delivery practices and sensible engineering defaults.
- Partner with Product Managers, Architecture, and IT Management on technical solution design and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of Software Engineer experience developing, testing, and deploying scalable software applications.
- Expert programming knowledge and demonstrated knowledge of distributed-system design and integration patterns.
- Experience building HTTP APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex problems and practices.
