Senior Full Stack Application Developer

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications with SAP ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable architectures and technical solutions.
- Develop SAP S/4HANA side-by-side extensions, integrations, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native applications.
- Build full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Identify and implement AI, Generative AI, LLM, conversational AI, intelligent automation, and RAG use cases across SAP and non-SAP processes.
- Evaluate AI solutions for scalability, security, privacy, performance, and enterprise readiness.
- Participate in architecture and technical solution design, conduct code reviews, and uphold coding and architectural standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance on SAP modernization, BTP, full-stack development, and AI adoption.
- Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, product owners, business analysts, DevOps teams, and engineering teams.
- Stay current with emerging AI and cloud technologies and identify opportunities to improve development and business processes.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ABAP and experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
- Experience developing REST and OData APIs and integrations.
- Strong full-stack development experience, including a modern frontend framework such as React or Angular.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or similar backend technologies.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and good understanding of databases and SQL.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and Agile development.
- Practical understanding of AI, Generative AI, LLM-based application development, and RAG solutions.
- Strong architecture, analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
- Ability to work across SAP, non-SAP, and open-source environments while focusing on code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Bachelor’s or master ’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
