Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect, design, configure, and implement end-to-end Adobe Workfront solutions tailored to client needs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Workfront workflows, governance models, approval paths, intake processes, reporting structures, automations, and integrations.
- Evaluate existing Workfront environments and recommend improvements to scalability, governance, workflow efficiency, reporting, automation, and business processes.
- Design and assess Workfront Fusion automations and integrations with connected business systems, including technical feasibility and scalability.
- Lead client discovery workshops, solution presentations, technical discussions, training sessions, and implementation recommendations.
- Produce architecture diagrams, workflow documentation, technical designs, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.
- Identify and report project risks, technical dependencies, and implementation challenges to the Enterprise Architect Director and project managers.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, consultants, implementation teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and specialists.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience architecting, designing, configuring, and implementing Adobe Workfront solutions in enterprise environments.
- At least 2 years of experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion, integrations, and automation design.
- Deep expertise in Adobe Workfront Core and Workfront Planning.
- Experience leading enterprise Workfront implementations, platform optimizations, or large-scale enhancement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflows, business analysis, system integration, integrations, APIs, and connected business systems.
- Experience designing scalable workflows, governance models, approval processes, reporting solutions, and business process automation.
- Ability to engage directly with clients, conduct discovery sessions, facilitate workshops, and present architecture recommendations.
- Experience creating architecture diagrams, workflow documentation, technical designs, and implementation roadmaps.
- Strong communication, leadership, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred experience as a Workfront Architect, Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, Enterprise Administrator, or similar.
- Preferred experience in consulting firms, digital agencies, Adobe partners, or large enterprise organizations.
- Preferred experience supporting global or enterprise-scale Workfront environments and leading complex client engagements.
- Experience mentoring consultants, administrators, developers, or implementation teams is preferred.
- Adobe Workfront certifications are highly recommended, including AD0-E903, AD2-E902, AD0-E906, AD0-E907, and AD0-E908.
