Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, designers, marketing, and other partners to advance business and engineering platform goals.
Identify opportunities and oversee complex multi-phase projects across multiple teams and platforms from concept through implementation.
Build features across backend, frontend, and mobile stacks.
Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, speed, and code quality.
Mentor engineers on technical judgment and product judgment.
Support teams at the Brand pillar level on short-term execution and long-term strategy.

Have 5+ years of experience.
Be proficient in at least one of Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript.
Be comfortable using agentic coding tools.
Be familiar with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Have experience driving product improvements end to end, including determining which problems to solve and how to solve them.
Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
Demonstrate strong product sense, curiosity, and interest in using technology to solve real problems.

Hybrid employees work from the office three days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and one flex day, with up to four weeks of remote work per year.
