Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, scalable software solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Design end-to-end technical solutions with business leaders and align them with strategic goals.
- Deliver robust, maintainable products using sound design principles, best practices, and rigorous quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical and business challenges.
- Mentor and guide developers while promoting continuous improvement and stronger team performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of production experience with C#/.NET Core and SQL Server or Azure SQL.
- Hands-on API design and development experience with tools or frameworks such as Swagger and Postman.
- Mastery of development tools including Visual Studio and Git.
- Experience with Entity Framework and Razor Pages.
- Experience integrating AI tools and services such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and AI-based code analyzers into development workflows.
- At least 3 years of experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.
- Understanding of source control, unit testing, performance testing, automated testing, security, maintainability, and code reuse.
- Ability to work independently and in team or paired-programming environments.
