Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI, GenAI, RAG-based, conversational AI, and AI-agent solutions.
- Build and support RAG pipelines, prompt workflows, knowledge retrieval mechanisms, integrations, APIs, and automation components.
- Collaborate with architects, managers, engineers, data scientists, data engineers, application developers, and business stakeholders.
- Support the full AI solution lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Implement AI evaluation, validation, guardrails, quality checks, performance tuning, and operational readiness activities.
- Apply Responsible AI, privacy, security, compliance, and risk-management practices.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation notes, test results, walkthroughs, demos, estimates, and delivery status updates.
- Contribute reusable components, accelerators, implementation templates, and AI capability-building activities.
- Guide junior team members when required and stay current with GenAI, AI agents, multimodal AI, RAG, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI platforms.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of overall professional experience, including hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, data engineering, cloud-based AI platforms, or enterprise application development.
- Hands-on enterprise, client-facing, pre-production, or production experience delivering AI or GenAI solutions; certifications, personal projects, and demos alone are insufficient.
- Experience with AI, GenAI, copilots, conversational AI, agentic AI, or RAG-based solutions.
- Hands-on understanding of areas such as LLM application development, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, vector databases, AI evaluation, APIs, cloud deployment, MLOps, or LLMOps.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models, Generative AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, conversational AI, and AI agents.
- Experience developing or supporting GenAI applications, chatbots, knowledge search solutions, AI agents, copilots, or automation workflows.
- Experience with AI platforms and tools such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, vector databases, enterprise search, orchestration frameworks, and APIs.
- Ability to support retrieval pipelines, embeddings, prompt workflows, data ingestion, model integration, and application integration.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, guardrails, hallucination checks, quality metrics, observability, security, privacy, and Responsible AI practices.
- Working knowledge of software engineering, cloud deployment, APIs, databases, version control, CI/CD, MLOps, or LLMOps concepts.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
