Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI, Generative AI, RAG-based, conversational AI, and AI-agent solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and support RAG pipelines, prompt workflows, knowledge retrieval mechanisms, integrations, APIs, and automation components.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists, data engineers, application developers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solution features.
- Support the AI solution lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Implement AI evaluation, validation, guardrails, quality checks, hallucination checks, observability, and performance tuning.
- Apply Responsible AI, privacy, security, compliance, and risk-management practices.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation notes, test results, solution walkthroughs, demos, estimates, and delivery updates.
- Contribute reusable components, accelerators, implementation templates, and capability-building activities.
- Guide junior team members where required and support project leads with delivery activities.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of overall professional experience, including hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, data engineering, cloud-based AI platforms, or enterprise application development.
- Hands-on enterprise, pre-production, or production experience contributing to AI, GenAI, Copilot, conversational AI, agentic AI, or RAG-based solutions; certifications and personal projects alone are insufficient.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Practical understanding of LLM application development, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, vector databases, AI evaluation, cloud deployment, MLOps, LLMOps, APIs, or related areas.
- Experience developing or supporting GenAI applications, copilots, chatbots, knowledge-search solutions, AI agents, or automation workflows.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Microsoft Copilot, vector databases, enterprise search, orchestration frameworks, and APIs is preferred.
- Ability to support retrieval pipelines, embeddings, prompt workflows, data ingestion, model integration, and application integration.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, guardrails, quality metrics, observability, security, privacy, and Responsible AI practices.
- Working knowledge of software engineering practices, cloud deployment, databases, version control, CI/CD, MLOps, or LLMOps concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, documentation, and performance-optimization skills.
